Appeal for Shadowban Review – Request for a Second Chance

Thank you for explaining the reason for the shadowban. I understand your concern, and I apologize for the way my activity may have appeared to the moderation team.

As a new user, I misunderstood the boundaries around reaching out to other members and discussing the services I offer. My intention was to connect with people, build relationships, and understand their needs, but I understand that mass DM’ing and promoting services can go against the purpose of HelpBnk.

I genuinely value the platform and would appreciate the opportunity to correct my approach. If possible, I kindly ask the moderation team to reconsider the shadowban and give me another chance to use HelpBnk appropriately.

Going forward, I will respect the platform's guidelines, avoid mass messaging or unsolicited promotion, and focus on genuinely helping and engaging with other members within the platform.

I would really appreciate a second chance and the opportunity to regain normal access to my account.
