Enable 2 Factor Set-Up

Please revise the instructions so that I can enable the 2 Factor Verification on this platform without having to take a picture of a QR Code that leads to downloading an app on my phone.  

The current instructions says, "or" however, the written instructions are not clear to set up 2 Factor Verification.

I am concerned, because after flagging an AI Bot on this platform, I received 2 texts with someone trying to log on to my Facebook account.

I am not sure there is enough protection to keep an account on this platform without 2 Factor Verification.
