Looking for help or wanting to help!

Hi Helpbnk-Team, 

At the moment this is an exclusive choice. Either you are looking for help or you are here to help. I would suggest to make this non-exclusive. I have a lot of experience and a lot to help, but I'm also looking for help in an area that I'm not so experienced yet. Like me, I would expect that there's plenty of people that are willing to help in an area that, for example, is their job at the moment, but in an area that they're interested in moving into, they need a bit of help. So making it non-exclusive would capture the skills and hopes better from people.
