Make feature request/bug tracking more visible

As a user I would like to see the progress from helpbnk so that I can see if requests are made and what the progress is.

Having user having a view on what’s being developed makes them feel they are involved with the growth of the platform. This does not mean everything needs to be shared yet it is nice to follow up and see a road map
