My Journey

The My Journey tool is fantastic but when answering some of the questions about my business, the form didn’t indicate it was Character restricted till I tried to submit. And when trying to correct those answers it was hard as there was no character count on the screen. So lots of back and forth trying to submit, delete a few more characters, submit again and so on and so forth till it was a low enough character count to submit.

It is a very simple fix but I am aware that this is currently in Beta phase so feedback is important.

I am looking forward to continuing to use this tool.
